Designer Cuisine is about designing one-of-a-kind elements for a cocktail or dining event because of art works surrounding the event, or because of an artist featured at an event.  This example was to represent the art of Sid Daniels, a Miami artist who does works called 'Latin Deco'.  The chef of Mosaico, one of our offsite venues is the creator of this dish.
